Sample dkgames for EEGer™

Follow these instructions to download and complete installation of the dkgames Sampler. Games can be viewed using Replay Store Data in EEGer.

We recommend updating to the latest version of EEGer before installing the dkgames sample. EEGer Version 4.2.1M or later is required for the games to work properly.

Download the dkgames sampler installer.

Save the install file to your Windows Desktop. Copy/Burn to a USB/DVD drive if necessary to move to your Game computer.

 Double-click the install file to launch the setup program. Follow the prompts to install the program onto your Game computer (or single-EEGer computer if not using 2-computer configuration)

When the installation is complete, launch EGS/EEGer to finalize the game installation.

Single Computer & Dual Monitor Systems:

  1. From the Tools menu, select Game Initialization Tool.
  2. Click Done-Save Configuration.
  3. On the next screen, click Save all games.

Two-computer Systems:

  1. From the EGS game menu, press F9.
  2. Click Done-Save Configuration.
  3. On the EEGer Therapist main screen, from the Tools menu select Retrieve Installed Games. Click OK on the Success! message.
  4. On the next screen, click Save all games.

Run a demo session in EEGer.

  1. Click Select Client. Choose an ID, such as SMR-eegdemo.
  2. Click Replay Stored Data.
  3. When the list of recorded sessions appears, double-click a session to replay the entire session (e.g., Theta Excess).
  4. Double-click on one of the dkgame titles: Emotional Development, Perception, Serenity, Right Brain Exercises, Games for Adults or Games for Kids.
  5. Set the EEG display for scoring (F9 to scale, F11 to auto-set default goals).
  6. Press F5 to begin.

To uninstall the dkgames sampler, go to the Windows Control Panel and select Add/Remove Programs. Select the dkgames install item(s) and click Remove. Repeat step 4 above to remove the game titles from the list of available games.
