False unlicensed mode messages removed. Fixes for realtime overruns, intermittent signal errors and abort after setup changes. NOTE: - Game definitions have changed. When games are finalized, existing customizations are lost and must be re-tailored. - Sessions recorded in 4.2.1 cannot be read by previous versions of EEGer.
